Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Co.,Ltd.

Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Company Limited (the “Company”) was registered as limited company on 17 August 1984 and became a public limited company on 27 November 2003. The Company’s total issued and paid-up capital stood at Baht 428 million, consisting of 85.6 million ordinary shares at par value of Baht 5 per share. Major shareholders are Chailease Finance Corporation, Grand Pacific Chemical (Thailand) Company Limited and the Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited at a proportion of 45.49%, 39.48% and 9.87% of total shares, respectively.

The group company comprises the Company and 1 subsidiary, i.e. Bangkok Grand Pacific Lease Public Company Limited (the “Subsidiary”). The Company operates 3 types of business, which are
1. hire purchase credit for all auto types, both commercial and personal, brand-new and used cars with a focus on individual customers
2. personal credit to the Company’s previous auto hire purchase customers with good payment record
3. Floor Plan credit

The Company also provides services on car registration, tax renewal and car insurance in order to provide full service to customers. Currently the Company establishes 3 branches in different regions, i.e. Rayong, Samut Sakorn and Phitsanulok provinces, to provide more services to the customers in such provinces and neighboring areas.

The Subsidiary operates 3 types of business, which are
1. leasing credit for machinery, various tools and vehicles with a focus on financial lease
2. factoring business, both domestic and international factoring
3. machinery and auto hire purchase business with a focus on corporate customers.
