Way to Pay The Installment and Service Payment
- You can pay the installment by cash or cheque payment at Bangkok bank or Asia Bank counter service every branch by using a filled in pay in slip form,
which the company has send you to compound with the payment procedure (in case of pay by cheque please identify hire-purchase agreement number behind the cheque).
- You can pay your installment by Cash through counter service at seven-eleven including department store and shops,
which has a counter service tag, by using pay in slip compound with the payment (including service fee 15Baht per one list at the pay point).
- You can pay the installment through Bank’s ATM.
- You can pay through Bangkok Bank’s BUALUANG PHONE service.
- You can automatically pay by deducting from your Bank account.
- You can pay by cheque prepay.
- You can pay the installment through the postal service.
- You can pay through the company’s counter service or company branches.
Rules for Transferring Hire Purchase Agreement Procedure
If you need to transfer your hire-purchase agreement to the third party to proceed in paying the installment by selling or trading the hire-purchase car to the other party,
you have to inform the company in advance to manage the agreement transferring in order to change the name of hire-purchaser and the name of the hire-purchase car seizer
otherwise you still have to responsible for the payment according to the old agreement.
Transferring Hire Purchase Agreement Procedure
Please follow these procedures
- Transferor (the original hire-purchaser), Assignee and a new Guarantor along with the hire-purchase car and the certified copy of id card, house registration,
driving license of the assignee, pay slip or letter of salary, copy of bank book or the bank statement back date 6 months of the assignee and the new guarantor for credit consideration.
- Take pictures both front and back of the car, make sure that the license plate can be seen, also both sides of the car along with engine and vehicle body numbers.
- The customer has to pay for a remaining payment (in case) including the concerning fee and a month beforehand installment.
- The expenditures of paper work, car registration, transferring charges etc. belongs to the customer responsibility.
- If the car insurance is expired and need to revenue the insurance policy or inform the renew insurance, the company has all right reserves to consider of the permission for the assignee to use the transferor’s right from the old insurance contract.
- The assignee and the guarantor have to be admitted to be a hire-purchaser and the guarantor according to the hire-purchase agreement by the company.

The Loss That might Happen If You’re Following the Transferring Hire Purchase Agreement Procedure
- If the hire-purchase car was lost or stolen, you have to responsible for all remaining installment to the company.
- If the car was using to commit a crime or involving in the illegal activities, you might be a suspect or the accomplice in such a crime until the police has consideration or the court has proved that case, which mean that you must be wasting more time and money.
- If the hire-purchase car has encounter the accident and causing the damage from the buyer for example the buyer steal the car, conflagration, annihilation or causing the death to the other people,
you’d have to responsible for all damages including the remaining installment to the company and the insurance company will not responsible for these incidents.
You should know that if you’re pawning or selling the car between the hire purchase procedures is a criminal offense because of the assets misappropriation.
